Here’s the process ->
Step 1: Reach Out
Fill out the inquiry form with your date and your vision. I want to hear what gets you excited! This is the first step in demystifying the process and setting the tone.
We'll need the event date, expected location (e.g., specific PNW city/venue), and the package tier that interests you most.
You will receive an instant, automated inquiry reply so you know I have received your message, and I will get back to you within 48 hours to schedule next steps.
Step 2: Let’s Chat!
We'll hop on a quick phone or video call. It’s important that we vibe, right? I’m going to be your trusted collaborator for the day, so let’s make sure we’re a perfect match.
During this chat, we'll discuss the nuances of your session or your wedding day and confirm which package fits your day best.
Step 3: Secure the Date
Once we're a match and you've selected your package, I’ll send over a custom digital proposal. A signed contract and a 25% retainer make it official, reserving your date on my calendar.
The agreement ensures you understand everything from payment terms to the contingency plan if, for example, a child is sick on the day of a portrait session.
A 25% retainer is required to secure the date. The remaining balance isn't due until one month prior to the event.
Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email and resources (like a wedding planning guide) to help you prepare.
Step 4: The Adventure Begins
I’m happy to help consult on the timeline, vendor recommendations, and photo ideas. Once we finalize the timeline and check in on details, we will start to count down the days until we capture your story.
About a month before the wedding, I will send you a pre-wedding questionnaire to gather final details, followed by a pre-wedding video call to catch up and ensure we are completely on the same page.
On the day of, all you have to do is show up. I will handle the rest, from fluffing the train to guiding the posing, ensuring an effortless experience. You enjoy the moment; I’ll handle the legacy.
The final edited photos (and accompanying video content) will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery, complete with an attached print store for high quality, professional prints at a reasonable price.
Your full gallery delivery timeline is package-dependent (e.g., within 6–8 weeks), but I will have a sneak peek for you within 48-72 hours.
